We can help you with a rescue but we do not have a shelter – We love individual rescues and can help with  Flying animals to you home or a No Kill Shelter in your home area!

The ARF office is located in the public beach / Balneario of Rincon.  The ARF office is staffed by volunteers. Our hours change based on our volunteer’s availability.  We post those hours on our Calendar

If you’d like to make an appointment to visit the ARF office please email arfrincon@gmail.com or call 787-823-7167and let us know the reason for your visit.  Many of ARF’s functions can be done via email or phone calls – but we are happy to make an appointment if needed.
